As an Australia Post graduate, you can join our Parcels, Sales or eServices teams where you will participate in a structured 2 year program exposing you to both business-as-usual activities and standalone projects.

Parcels graduates

Love to shop online? If the answer is yes, then why not join our Parcel Services team. They work towards developing innovative and more convenient parcels delivery solutions that will truly position Australia Post as the parcel deliverer of choice in the future.

We are transforming the way Australian's receive their parcels. We are in the ideal position to support online traders- from individuals with small items, to large enterprises needing fulfilment services that reach customers nationwide and around the globe. Our customers' needs and expectations are evolving, so we are focused on giving them more flexible delivery options and greater choice.

As a Parcels graduate you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that will allow you to think outside the box and change the shape of our business.

Sales graduates

Kick start your sales career by being part of the Australia Post Sales team. A career in Sales will teach you how to use business acumen in a practical context, develop your career as an independent contributor or a front line leader and build essential skills for General Management.

Being an embedded member of our sales team means that you will have tangible objectives set by your manager, the opportunity to rotate within an energetic team, attend the prestigious Sales Academy alongside more experienced colleagues, and learn professional selling from the best.

eServices graduates

If you join our eServices team, you will be working on digital initiatives that are designed to take Australia Post into the future. eServices is Australia Post's business development and innovation engine, and is responsible for growing our share of the ecommerce market and moving our organisation - and our customers - to a digital future.

A key objective is to give our customers more flexible access to our products and services by introducing new electronic channels and making our traditional products and services available online. This is truly an exciting space to join!

Relevant degrees/disciplines: eServices applicants may have, but are not limited to, a background in Business, IT, eCommerce or Computing, with a keen interest in the digital world. The key here is having a passion for being innovative and taking our organisation into the digital age.
