Retrieving your PIN

A PIN is required to use your Australia Post Load&Go Employee Reloadable Visa Prepaid Card to make in-store purchases.

Alternatively, you can still use your Load&Go card for in-store purchases without your PIN (where available), as well as over the phone and online.

Your Access Code

  • You can learn more about your Access Code in the letter that you received along with your card.

Use the mobile phone you provided when registering for MyPost Digital Mailbox. Make sure that your caller ID isn't blocked.

SMS the following text to 0457 777 678 (0457 77 POST).

POST PIN [Your 6 digit Access Code] [the last 4 digits of your card number]

Please include spaces. For example: "POST PIN 123456 1234".

Please note: You will need your 16 digit card number located on the front of your card and your Access Code when retrieving your PIN by SMS.

For the security of our account, make sure that you delete the SMS that contains your PIN as soon as possible.

Call 1300 665 054 (or +61 1300 665 054 from overseas) and follow the prompts.

You will need your 16 digit card number located on the front of your card and your Access Code when retrieving your PIN by SMS or by phone.

Using your card for purchases

  1. Select CR (credit)
  2. Enter your PIN

Or, where the merchant offers contactless payment and your purchase is under $100:

  1. Simply wave your card in front of the reader
  2. That's it - you don't need to use your PIN or sign a receipt

  1. Enter your 16 digit card number and expiry date
  2. If you are asked for the CVV number, this is the 3 digit number on the back of your card on the signature panel
  3. If you are asked for a cardholder name, enter "Valued Employee"
  4. If you are asked for a billing address, enter the address you used when you registered online. If you haven't registered, you can use any address you choose

Please note: Verified by Visa (also known VbV) is a free 3D-secure service that provides an added level of security when shopping online at some websites. Where a site uses Verified by Visa you will be required to sign up for the service before you can continue with your purchase.

  1. Enter your 16 digit card number and expiry date
  2. If you are asked for the CVV number, this is the 3 digit number on the back of your card on the signature panel
  3. If you are asked for a cardholder name, say "Valued Employee"
  4. If you are asked for a billing address, enter the address you used when you registered online. If you haven't registered, you can use any address you choose

Once you have registered your card online, you will be able to log in to the Load&Go portal. Here you can:

  • view your card balance
  • view your transaction history
  • view and manage your personal details
  • manage SMS servicing options
