How it works

Sometimes the best laid travel plans can go wrong. That's why we've made it easy to make a travel insurance claim with us. Once you've arrived home safely, simply choose the way you'd like to submit your claim with us:

What you'll need before you claim

To help us process your claim without delay, you'll need to have the following original documents ready:

  • medical or dental reports
  • police reports
  • reports from your airline or transport provider, confirming your lost or delayed luggage
  • any receipts or invoices (e.g. purchases) that support your claim

Depending on your situation, you may need to supply different types of documentation. Don't worry, we'll contact you to discuss any additional documentation we need.

Travelling again soon?

Whether you're on a budget or need extra cover, choose a travel insurance plan that suits your needs with our international and domestic plans.
