Track an item

Many items sent through the Australia Post delivery network have tracking capabilities, allowing you to view where your item is during the delivery process. Find out more about our tracking service.

Enter tracking number

Please enter your tracking number without any spaces or dashes. You can add up to 10 tracking numbers. When you enter a new number an additional input field will appear.

Tips

  • Your tracking number or Article ID can be found above/below the barcode on your item, or if you have lodged an item for international delivery, on the receipt provided.
  • Make sure there are no spaces or dashes (" – ") when you enter your tracking number.
  • Check what the tracking capabilities are for the item you are sending.
