Withdrawing mail

You are able to withdraw lodged articles if you have a valid reason. If you need to do so, you can contact us or the customer care centre on 13 POST (13 7678).

The cost of withdrawal is $25.00 per article, plus:

• the cost of any telephone calls
• the cost of any electronic messages
• return postage.

These prices are valid from 15 September 2008 and include GST.
