Where to buy a Load&Go card

In-store

1. Visit your nearest participating Australia Post retail outlet
2. Select your preferred Load&Go card design
3. At the counter, you will be asked to:
   • provide a mobile phone number so that your PIN and other card servicing options can be retrieved via mobile phone
   • nominate a memorable word (3-12 alphanumeric characters) so you can be identified by the service consultant when you call Load&Go Customer Support
   • nominate an access code (6 digits) for verification purposes when you retrieve your card details via mobile phone
4. Load funds onto your card
   • You can load your card with a minimum of $20 to a maximum balance of $999 at any one time
   • There is a maximum aggregate load of $5,000 per 30 days
5. Load&Go reloadable Visa Prepaid Cards purchased in-store include a mandatory initial load amount of $20 minimum - $999 maximum

1. Visit the Australia Post Online Shop
2. Select your preferred Load&Go card design
   • You can purchase one Load&Go card per order
3. At online "checkout", you will be asked to:
   • provide a mobile phone number so that your PIN and other card servicing options can be retrieved via mobile phone
   • nominate a memorable word (3-12 alphanumeric characters) so you can be identified by the service consultant when you call Load&Go Customer Support
   • nominate an access code (6 digits) for verification purposes when you retrieve your card details via mobile phone
   • provide a date of birth which will be registered to the card
   • Load&Go cards can only be sent to Australian addresses and are shipped via standard mail
   • If you are purchasing the card for someone else you will be able to provide their name and address (which will be used for delivery) during "checkout". This will ensure that the correct cardholder details are pre-registered against the card  
4. Load&Go reloadable Visa Prepaid Cards purchased online include a mandatory initial load amount of $20

ATM withdrawal	ATM service operators may charge a fee which will be taken out of your card balance
Foreign currency conversion fee	3% of spend
Card replacement, re-issue or cancellation fee	$15.00
Card transaction dispute fee (if transaction is found to be genuine)	$20.00
SMS servicing fee	$0.25
Phone servicing fee (online is free)	Automated voice service $0.50.Call centre operator may incur a $4.00 fee. Calls regarding valid lost or stolen cards, fraud concerns or complaints will not incur a fee.
Unclaimed funds on expired cards	$1 per month until zero or funds are claimed
