When you get home, download a claim form.

You'll need to include original receipts and supporting documents.

We will process your claim as quickly as possible, and you'll hear from us within 10 days of receiving your claim.

  • finding medical facilities and monitoring your medical care
  • paying large hospital bills directly
  • coordinating evacuation, or bringing your home if an when appropriate
  • contacting travel and financial providers to get new passports, credit cards or travel documents
