Moving or travelling? We can help by either redirecting your mail to the address of your choice or by holding it for you until you return.
Getting your mail redirected
Make sure your mail follows you when you move home or business with our mail redirection service.
Temporarily redirecting your mail is also a great way to make sure your mail is safe while you're travelling. It also means you can ask friends or relatives to manage any urgent mail for you while you're away.
You can either complete and lodge an Application to Redirect Mail in person at any Australia Post retail outlet or complete the convenient and secure online application (available to private customers only).
Australia Post requires 3 full business days to process your request before the service can commence.

Another way to make sure your mail is secure while you're away is by getting us to hold it for you. We'll deliver it to you on the next working day after you return.
You can either complete and lodge an Application to Hold Mail in person at any Australia Post retail outlet or complete the convenient and secure online application (available to private customers only).
