Payment options using a smartphone
If you're paying your bills with a smartphone, you can use:
- your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Diners credit card1
- your Visa or MasterCard debit card.
How to use Postbillpay with your smartphone
- Step 1: Download the Postbillpay mobile application onto your smartphone.
- Step 2: Touch the "auspost" app on your smartphone screen and select "Pay a bill".
- Step 3: Enter the Billpay code and reference number shown on your bill. You'll then need to enter your credit card or debit card details, followed by the amount that you'd like to pay.
- Step 4: Confirm your transaction and wait for your receipt number.
