If you're paying your bills by phone, you can use:

Step 1: Call 13 18 16 from anywhere in Australia (or +61 13 18 16 from outside Australia - international call charges apply). Our voice system will take you through a simple step-by-step process, giving you clear instructions along the way.
Step 2: You'll be asked to enter the four digit Billpay code and reference number shown on your bill using your telephone keypad. You'll then need to enter your card details and expiry date, followed by the amount you'd like to pay.
Step 3: Confirm your transaction and wait for your payment ID number - this acts as your receipt.
