Using a Parcel Locker for missed deliveries

Missed a parcel delivery?

Not at home when a parcel was delivered? Now you can collect it from your Parcel Locker.

If you miss a parcel that's delivered to your home, you'd normally need to collect it from an Australia Post outlet during business hours. But now, if you're in one of our trial areas, you can collect it any time from a Parcel Locker.

All you need to do is:

1. Register for a Parcel Locker, using the 'register now' link below. You'll need to have your 'You have a parcel' card handy, showing the Parcel Locker offer and parcel number.
2. Redirect your parcel to a Parcel Locker, using the details on the card.
3. Look out for an email and SMS, which we send when your parcel arrives at the Parcel Locker. These tell you the locker number and one-off access code you'll need to collect your parcel.
4. Pick up your parcel any time within 48 hours.
