Notify organisations of your new address

Let us take care of it for you and save you time
If you redirect your mail permanently, you can also take advantage of Australia Post's Notify Organisations service as a free add-on service.
We'll make it easier for you to let selected organisations know your new address, such as your bank, superannuation fund and insurance providers. Choose the relevant organisations online using our secure service, and we'll notify them for you at no additional cost.
Apply online, and we'll do the rest
The list of organisations to choose from is growing - check our organisations list to see if your regular providers are on the list.
Once you've applied, if you want to add one of these organisations to your "My Organisations" list, simply enter the information requested and click the "add" button.
You can notify each organisation only once, but can come back to the service to notify more organisations as many times as you need to.
Only organisations that have entered into an agreement with Australia Post can be notified through this service. If you wish to update your address details with organisations that do not appear on our organisations list, please contact them directly.
You'll need:
- Your mail redirection Customer Reference Number. You'll find this at the top right of your application form (if you applied in-store) or on your confirmation email (if you applied online).
- Proof of ID if you are not the person who lodged the original Mail Redirection application.
- Your account, policy or membership details for the organisations you'd like us to notify.
We use a trusted third-party provider to validate your identity based on the personal information you provide us with. This ensures your personal details are kept secure.
