Supply of information to Us

In order to provide the Service We need to collect and store certain information from you (Supplied Information). You may store multiple email and physical addresses as well as other information in your address book. You warrant to Us that you have the appropriate authority and consent to provide the information to Us and for Us to use that information in the Service.

Sharing of information

You acknowledge and agree We may share Supplied Information with Participating Merchants. We will only share Supplied Information for the purpose of and to the extent necessary for the provision of the Services.

Email notifications

You may select one or more email addresses to receive tracking and other notifications. You warrant to Us that you either own the email address or have the authority and consent of the owner to use the email address. An email will be sent to each email address containing a confirmation link. Each subsequent email sent by Us to a confirmed email addresses will have an opt-out link. You may also deselect an email address from receiving notifications at any time.

You acknowledge that whilst We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information provided in the Service We do not guarantee You will receive any or all track advice notifications or track notifications in the correct order.

Tracking information

We will use your registered details to confirm your identity. Where We are supplied information from a Participating Merchant that does not exactly match your registered details We may not be able to confirm your identity. If so, you may not receive full tracking information and notifications.

Participating Merchants

We will maintain a list of merchants on this website who participate in the MyDeliveries Service (Participating Merchant). Participating Merchants may be added or removed at any time. By listing a Participating Merchant, We do not in any way endorse or guarantee the products or services being sold by them, nor the security and operation of their website.

Fees

Fees may apply to certain MyDeliveries services you select. These fees will be clearly displayed on the website and you will be given the opportunity to review and accept the fees before being charged. The fees are subject to change from time to time.

The website may contain inaccuracies and errors. The website content is subject to change at any time without notice and may not necessarily be up to date or accurate at the time you view it.

Violation of the terms and conditions

You agree that Australia Post may, in its absolute discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to the My Deliveries application site, or any related site, if we determine that you have violated the terms and conditions associated with the use of the My Deliveries application site, a related site, or any other Australia Post site.
