My Deliveries

My Deliveries is an online tool designed to help you manage and track your parcel deliveries. Login with your Australia Post ID or register for My Deliveries and enjoy a range of features and benefits, such as email tracking notifications and the ability to redirect and reschedule your parcel in transit.

Track your parcels

  • View your parcels1 in the one tracking Watchlist
  • Turn email tracking notifications ON or OFF
  • Have tracking numbers saved in your Watchlist and automatically populated for parcels sent via participating merchants2
  • Manually add and save tracking numbers to your Watchlist
  • Access additional delivery information (not seen on our standard Australia Post tracking site) such as delivery method, delivery instructions and delivery recipient and address details1

Create an online address book

  • Save up to 10 frequently used postal addresses
  • Populate address fields with one of your saved addresses when visiting the websites of participating merchants
  • Search and save your preferred Australia Post Customer Collect location/s into your address book (over 100 Australia Post facilities offer Customer Collect services, along with extended hours, for your convenience).

Redirect and reschedule your parcels while in transit

  • Redirect your parcels to a more convenient location3
  • Reschedule your parcels to an alternative business day and choose a morning
        (7am - 12pm) or afternoon (12pm - 5pm) delivery window3

Why do I need to register for an Australia Post ID to use My Deliveries?

Registering online for an Australia Post ID has a number of benefits:

  • Your personal details, parcels tracking information and personalised Watchlist details are in a secure environment where only you can access them
  • It will save you time the next time you need to use any of our secure online services as we can verify your details quickly
  • You will be able to use your Australia Post ID details for other Australia Post online services, including Mail Redirections and the Notify Organisations service
  • We can contact you about your service if required
  • If you choose, we can keep you updated with the latest news and offers we think you'll be interested in.

Register for My Deliveries

1 Where the following parcel types are lodged for delivery with Australia Post via either the eParcel or Click & Send lodgement systems.

eParcel - Standard (signature optional), Standard (signature mandatory), Identity on Delivery, eParcel Express (signature optional), eParcel express (signature mandatory), Cash to Collect. 

Click and Send - Parcel post plus Tracking, Parcel Post plus tracking with Signature, Flat rate satchels and flat rate boxes. 

2A tracking number will be automatically populated in your watchlist when a merchant provides Australia Post with your APCN (Australia Post Customer Number). If a merchant does not provide your APCN you can still manually enter your tracking number and save this to your watchlist.

3Fees will apply. Available on selected parcels/services, where we can verify you as the receiver (via details passed from the sender) and available only up until the driver has accepted the parcel for delivery.
