How to use your Load&Go card

Retrieving your PIN

A PIN is needed to use your Load&Go reloadable Visa Prepaid Card for ATM cash withdrawals and / or to make in-store purchases with PIN.

Alternatively, you can still use your Load&Go card for in-store purchases (just sign for the transaction) and online purchases without your PIN.

You can retrieve your PIN via SMS or phone.

SMS:

Use your registered mobile phone (without blocked caller ID). Text POST PIN followed by your 6 digit access code and then the last 4 digits of your card number to 0457 777 678 (045 777 POST). Remember to include the spaces e.g. "POST PIN 123456 1234"

Phone:

Call 1300 665 054 (or +61 1300 665 054 from overseas) and follow the prompts. You will need your 16 digit card number and your access code.

Using your card for in-store purchases

1. Select CR (credit)
2. Either sign for the purchase or enter your PIN

Using your card for online purchases

1. Enter your 16 digit card number and expiry date
2. If you are asked for the CVV2 number, this is the last 3 digits on the back of your card near the signature panel
3. If you are asked for a cardholder name, enter "Valued Cardholder"
4. If you are asked for a billing address, enter the address you used when you registered online. If you haven't registered, you can use any address you choose

Using your card for ATM cash withdrawals

1. Locate an ATM that accepts Visa cards
2. Enter your PIN
3. Select CR (credit)

Please note: Some ATMs may charge a fee for withdrawals, this will be deducted automatically from your card balance.
