Express Post & Express Post Platinum guarantee

Our guarantee

Express Post and Express Post Platinum delivery is guaranteed to arrive the next business day within the Express Post network provided your item is correctly addressed and lodged.

Check that your item:

  • is addressed correctly and according to the checklist found on the back of the Express Post and Express Post Platinum envelopes and satchels
  • fulfils all of the service conditions for your chosen service standard
  • is lodged correctly either at an Australia Post retail outlet or dropped into one of the Express Post gold posting boxes by the required time on any business day.

Posting your Express Post and Express Post Platinum items in a red street posting box will delay delivery.

If we do not deliver as promised:

We will provide you with another Express Post item or Express Post Platinum item to the same value or refund you for the postage charges for our parcels service.

Despatches to and from postcodes outside the Express Post and the Express Post Platinum delivery network will be given our fastest possible delivery using existing transport links on a non-guaranteed basis.
