Change of insurance details during a policy term

You must tell us immediately if there is any change to the drivers, usage, ownership, or the place where the car is normally kept. You must tell us before making any modification to the car and obtain our written agreement. If you do not tell us, we may reduce or refuse to pay a claim. Call 1300 858 747 to update your details.

If you replace the car with another

When you permanently replace the car with a similar one, cover for the previous car ends at the same time. Your replacement car automatically has the same cover as this policy for 14 days from the purchase date, but not exceeding the market value or the purchase price, whichever is lower. Call 1300 858 747 with the details of the car you wish to insure and you'll be guided through the process.
