Apply online to notify organisations of your new address



Notifying organisations that you deal with of your new address is easy using our online Notify Organisations service application.

What you will need to complete the online application:

  1. Your unique Customer Reference Number from your Application to Redirect Mail. This is located at the top right of your application form if you applied in-store or on your confirmation email if you applied online.
  2. Suitable proof of ID if you were not the person who lodged the original Mail Redirection application.
  3. All associated personal identification numbers such as account, membership or policy numbers for each organisation on our organisations list that you wish to notify.
