A range of innovative delivery choices are now available to make receiving your deliveries much more convenient.
As more online retailers offer these extended delivery options, you'll see the Delivery Choices symbol on some of Australia's best known shopping sites. This means when you're completing your purchase with these retailers, you have more delivery choices than ever before!
Delivery choices
Depending on the options a retailer chooses to offer, you will be able to select from the following delivery options:
- Standard or express delivery
- Specific date or weekday for delivery (Monday to Friday)
- Morning (7am - 12pm) or afternoon (12pm - 5pm) delivery windows
- Two hour delivery windows (9am - 11am, 11am - 1pm, 1pm - 3pm, 3pm - 5pm, 5pm - 7pm)
- Choose to have your parcel delivered to one of our Customer Collect outlets
