Manage your policy details
It's important that you tell us right away if there are any changes to the details of your home. For example, if your home falls into a state of disrepair. Similarly, we need to know if you start to use your home for business activity.
This is important because, if your insurance policy isn't updated, it could affect your ability to make a claim. If we don't have the most current information, we may not pay a claim, or we may pay a reduced claim.

Keeping your details up-to-date could save you money
Did you know that installing security alarms, deadlocks and smoke alarms in your home could reduce your premium? Anything you do that changes the risk of damage or loss occurring in your property could also affect the premium you pay. It's up to you to let us know when the conditions of your home change.
Updating your bank details
It's easy for you to update your bank account details because you don't need to fill out any forms. Simply call the Client Services Department on 1300 858 747 and provide the details you want to update.
If you're paying by credit card, provide your new card number and expiry date. If you're paying by direct debit, provide your new BSB and account number. Make sure you allow time for the change to be made before your next premium is deducted.
