Why is Australia Post trialling self-service machines for bill payments?
A lot of Australian retailers, including supermarkets and department stores, have already introduced self-service solutions. We'd like to extend the benefits of self-service to our customers so they have greater access, convenience and choice when they transact with us.
Can't pay your bill here?
Let us know which bill you'd like to be able to at Australia Post using your credit card.
If you've visited a retail outlet offering self service machines, let us know what you think about the machines. We've limited our trial, but if successful the service could be extended to more retail outlets across Australia.
