How to
Depending on your financial institution, you can use Bank@Post to:
- deposit cheques1
- deposit cash - up to $3,000 per day2
- withdraw cash3
- check your business banking account balance3

How to make a deposit
To make a cheque or cash deposit, you'll need one of the following:
- A barcoded deposit book from your financial institution
- A transaction card and PIN that are linked to your banking account
How to withdraw cash
To withdraw funds from your business banking account:
- Swipe your transaction card at the counter
- Select your account type
- Enter your PIN when prompted
You can withdraw up to $1,000 cash a day from your nominated business account, but you'll also need to consider your financial institution's maximum daily limit.
How to check your account balance
We make it easy to check your account balance at Australia Post. Just present your business banking transaction card at the counter of one of our participating Bank@Post outlets and enter your PIN.
