Using your card
Using your card is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
When making online purchases:
- Enter your 16 digit card number and expiry date
- If you're asked for the CVV2 number, this is the last 3 digits on the back of your card near the signature panel
- If you're asked for a cardholder name, enter "Valued Cardholder"
When making in-store purchases:
- Select CR (credit)
- Sign your purchase receipt
- Each time you use your card the purchase amount is automatically deducted from your card balance
Check your account balance
You can check your balance or account activity anytime - online or by phone*.
Make sure you know your card balance before you shop, as most merchants can't give you this information. If you try to purchase an item of greater value than your card balance, your card will be declined.
