Ben, Blip Pty Ltd: "We're called Blip IT. We send electronics, electronic components and remote control accessories from Australia to the rest of the world.

Some of it's very fragile, some of it's very expensive, but with Click and Send the customer can choose how they want it delivered and what kind of insurance options they prefer.

The thing I like about Click and Send is that it really keeps the overheads down and it's a completely scalable service. It's very easy to ship a hundred packages or only ten, it's no different.

Click and Send automates the emailing of notifications to my customers when their consigments have been sent. It also lets me know when they've been delivered.

Many of our customers like to track their consigments. Click and Send gives them the option to request that service if they want it.

Since using Click and Send we've dramatically reduced the amount of time associated with filing out the paperwork for our International consignments.

Before Click and Send, International consignments used to be really time consuming. Now, it's just a few clicks.
