Alex, Clickcorp: "Click and Send's made things a lot easier for us.

I work for a company called Clickcorp, which started in 2006 and now we employ 25 people and we have three different online stores. We manufacture and retail Ugg Boots and sheepskin products.

The majority of our clients are in Europe. 90% are from Western Europe, but we do ship all over the world and within Australia as well.

We usually have around 1000 parcels going out per week. Previously we had to fill in manual forms for every parcel. With Click and Send we can get the Airway bills printed at the click of a button and have the whole consignment ready to go. All I have to do is slip in the Airway bill for the parcel, and it's done.

With Click and Send I can click a button and I know exactly where the parcel is, I know exactly what is happening to it. Plus I can look over previous consignments and get all of the tracking information from orders that have been sent a few weeks ago.

Click and Send allows us to save quite a bit of money and time on processing consignments and getting the orders out quickly, which can then be passed on to the customer and of course everyone benefits from this relationship."
