Linking your eBay account

Getting started

In order to link your eBay account to Click and Send, you need to be a registered user of Click and Send. If you're not already registered, please register now.

During the Registration process, you will be prompted to link your eBay account with Click and Send.

If you're already a registered user:

1. Log into Click and Send.
2. Select 'Admin' from the top menu and select 'My eBay Settings'.
3. Click the 'Sign-in with eBay' button to commence the process.
4. This will take you to eBay. Sign into your eBay account.
5. Give permission to link the 2 accounts by selecting the 'I agree' button. This will complete the linking process and return you to Click and Send.

Importing eBay item details

Once you have linked the 2 accounts, click the 'Add eBay items' button in the 'Your eBay Items' page.

This will import the details of any items sold, paid for and ready to be shipped from your eBay account. Choose the item you wish to ship and then process it the same way that you prepare any other item in Click and Send.

Process eBay items and print labels

After selecting the 'process items' button, choose your payment method. Then print your label(s) and attach them to your parcel(s). These remaining steps are the same as processing other items in Click and Send.

Once you've completed these steps, your item(s) will be ready for shipment.
