Click and Send makes it easy for you to send parcels without leaving your desk. Prepare your documentation, select your preferred delivery method, and make your payment – all online.

Click and Send is particularly useful if you're sending lots of the same item, or multiple items to the same address as you don’t have to continually re-type addresses or other information.

Using Click and Send is easy – simply follow a step-by-step process to enter the necessary details and organise delivery of your items.

How Click and Send works

1. If you’re going to use this service often, become a registered user. Registration is free and has many benefits, including reporting and notifications.
2. Enter or import delivery details.
3. Choose which delivery service suits you best, including booking a courier if required.
4. Choose your preferred payment option.
5. Print out, sign and attach the delivery documentation to the item.
6. Hand the item to the Messenger Post Courier if booked, or take it to your post office.
