Reply Paid

Encourage customers to respond to your communication by taking advantage of Australia Post's Reply Paid delivery service.

When you apply to use our Reply Paid service you'll be issued with a number that will form part of your return address. All replies are then sent to that address and you are charged based on the amount of articles the number receives. There are no postage fees for the respondent.

You can use the Reply Paid service for:

  • Reply Paid Letters (Domestic) - enclose a Reply Paid envelope, postcard, coupon or self-mailer. These can be large or small letters sent within Australia.
  • International Reply Paid Letters (IRP) - extend your marketing campaign overseas and still offer respondents a no-cost response service. IRP is available for small letters or articles under 50g.
  • Reply Paid Parcels - only available within Australia, the Reply Paid parcel service is often used as a service to return goods.

Benefits of using Reply Paid

  • Effectively increase responses to your communication - by enclosing a Reply Paid envelope with your marketing communications, your customers can respond quickly, easily and with minimum fuss.
  • Cost-effective - your customers pay no postage fees and you only pay for responses received.
