Redirecting your mail
Moving business? Redirect your mail
Australia Post's Mail Redirection service is the best way to ensure that your mail follows you when your business moves, or you change your mailing address.
You can either complete the simple and secure online application to extend your existing mail redirection or complete and lodge an application to redirect mail in person at any Australia Post retail outlet.
Please note: Government and business customers are not able to apply online to redirect or hold their mail.
When lodging your application under these customer categories, proof of entitlement needs to be verified by staff at an Australia Post retail outlet. These documents cannot be verified online. For further information please view our proof of identity information.
Australia Post requires 3 full business days to process your request before the service can commence.
