They're simple for customers to use and can be completed online, or saved and completed later offline. Accessibility tools can be used to convert Smart Forms into "talking forms", so your vision-impaired customers can complete them independently.
Key features of Smart Forms
- Flexibility - through the use of dynamic fields, the structure of our Smart Forms can be modified to suit your information needs. Based on form selections made by the customer, unnecessary data fields can be automatically hidden or additional fields can be shown. This delivers a guided user experience and a clear path to completion.
- Field validation - validation rules can be applied and drop-down lists used to ensure that information has been correctly entered into each field. Your customers can be alerted to validation errors through helpful feedback functions such as coloured text and borders. Fields can be automatically populated or pre-filled based on calculations or lookups to external reference tables.
- Version control - form versions can be easily controlled using built-in form expiry criteria. This means that when you switch to a new version of a form, the old form will no longer be accessible, reducing the cost and operational complexity of supporting multiple form versions.
- 2D barcodes - our Smart Forms can be configured to take advantage of 2D barcode technology, providing opportunities for reduced systems integration costs, reduced Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and data entry costs and improved protection of customers' private information.
