eParcel with Express Post
Express eParcel offers the same benefits as standard eParcel with the additional guarantee of next business day delivery within the Express Post network.
eParcel is our online freight management system designed to streamline the distribution of your products. It is available to any customer who enters an agreement with Australia Post to despatch at least 1,000 parcels (which can be either standard or Express items) each year. Costs will automatically be charged to your Australia Post account.

Express eParcel Post Returns is a convenient and cost effective service for your customers to return specific parcels to you. Simply print or email labels for your customer using the eParcel online freight management system, or use your own system to produce the labels and a manifest file.
Express eParcel Post Returns enables your customers to send back faulty, damaged or unsuitable parcels quickly and simply using our Express Post service.
