An eParcel upgrade (version 4.2) was completed on the weekend of the 11-12 July 2010.

This upgrade included the following changes:

  • International addresses will allow accented Latin Characters (eg äèçø).
  • International labels updated to meet amended Customs documentation requirements.
  • Weights will print on eParcel labels and number of bottles on eParcel wine labels.
  • Ability to email a despatch notification to your customers when you manifest items..

Try out eParcel online

Try eParcel in demonstration mode.

Simply click on the button and enter the following details:

User ID: eParcelDemo
Password: "MonthYr" (e.g March10 in March 2010, May10 in May 2010)

Note: The login is case sensitive.

You can access most of the services using this demonstration mode, but you will be unable to despatch consignments until you have set up an eParcel agreement and received your personal user ID and password.

eParcel specifications

Before you start using eParcel, check your computer has the following:

  • a broadband internet connection
  • Internet Explorer v5.5 onwards
  • Adobe Reader v6.0 onwards
  • Java Web Start v1.4.2.09 onwards
  • Windows 98 onwards
  • any standard laser or thermal printer
  • minimum of 128MbRAM (512Mb recommended)*
  • Pentium lll 466MHz processor (or faster)*
  • 150Mb free hard disk space*

* More recent operating systems will require more memory and processing power.
