A parcel contract with Australia Post provides you with a tailored parcel delivery solution that can help save you money while increasing your operating efficiency.

As a contract customer you can access specialised delivery services such as wine delivery as well as scheduled pick ups and manage your freight online.

If you send an average of 20 parcels a week, you may be eligible for a parcel contract.

Benefits of a parcels contract

• Delivery of contract parcels up to 22kg
• Savings on postage rates
• Payment by account
• Scheduled pick-ups (where available)
• Receipted delivery (signature on delivery service)

Contract parcels must:

• be no heavier than 22kg
• have a maximum linear dimension not exceeding 105cm
• have a cubic volume (measured as length x width x height) of no more than 0.25 cubic metres
• have a minimum girth of 16cm and, if box shaped, have no dimension less than 5cm
• not be a letter.
