Bambini Pronto is a premium baby goods retailer in the Bloom & Grow distribution network. While the wholesale arm, Bambini International, distributes goods to more than 300 baby retail outlets, Bambini Pronto allows customers to purchase goods direct through the e-commerce website.

Challenge

When customers requested a print version of the company's online catalogues, Bambini turned to Australia Post to come up with a smart solution that would delight customers. Bambini needed to find a cost-effective mechanism, while encouraging loyalty and sales.

Solution

With Print Post, Bambini catalogues are delivered with the regular mail, to customers who request them.

Results

Bambini now produces 50,000-60,000 copies of two print catalogues a year, complementing similar online FlippingBook catalogues, which allows Bambini to harness the best of both channels. The company experiences a sales peak after the print catalogues are distributed and, most importantly, Bambini customers receive the information they want, in the form they prefer.
