AMP is Australia's leading independent wealth management company, with more than five million customers and $172 billion in assets.


AMP wanted to improve service to customers, increase operational efficiency and develop new, innovative products and services for AMP customers.


Australia Post subsidiary Decipha provides AMP with mailroom management services and AMP has also adopted the Australia Post Digital MailBox for confidential customer correspondence.


Australia Post processes and scans all AMP mail, improving delivery to staff and providing better service to AMP's customer base. AMP has integrated its systems with the Australia Post Digital MailBox and anticipates that using this digital communications platform will result in a material cost saving, while deepening customer engagement. "Lost" shareholders are relocated by comparing data against the Movers Database. AMP is the default superannuation fund provider for Australia Post's franchise employees, and the two organisations are constantly testing new collaborations and products.
