Goal: To engage our workforce to apply sustainability practices

We will achieve this by encouraging and training our people to adopt sustainable practices in the workplace.

The success of our corporate responsibility program relies on staff across all areas of the business having a clear understanding of our sustainability goals and objectives.

We will implement an ongoing education program to ensure that our workforce understand the issues that affect our business in the area of sustainability. We will also ensure that our staff understands our corporate responsibility vision and strategy.

Employees will be encouraged to participate in various initiatives that will assist us to achieve our sustainability vision and associated goals and we will provide training to help them do so. Initiatives include:

• increasing our recycling efforts
• reducing our energy consumption in our offices, distribution centres and retail outlets
• incorporating sustainability considerations into our everyday business decisions
• we will also encourage staff to provide feedback and input to help guide our sustainability journey.
