Information publication scheme
Australia Post's information publication scheme (IPS) has been developed in line with changes made in 2010 to the Commonwealth Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act).
In Australia Post's case, any information relating to our commercial activities is exempt from these obligations pursuant section 7 the FOI Act. However, we have adopted a pro-disclosure approach and aim, wherever possible, to proactively make information about our business and related activities available to the public.
