We will achieve this by being open and transparent in communicating our performance to stakeholders and our people. This will include the production of an annual corporate responsibility report.

Our corporate responsibility report

Australia Post publishes a stand-alone corporate responsibility report. The report is produced in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative, the internationally acknowledged framework for sustainability reporting.

This report explains our approach to corporate responsibility, our material issues and social, environmental and economic performance. It highlights our achievements, challenges and outlook for the year ahead.

London Benchmarking Group

As a member of the London Benchmarking Group we are able to measure, benchmark and report on our contribution to the community. This is a key component of the Our Communities section in our Corporate Responsibility report. Through the benchmarking we are able to measure how well we are achieving our goals and objectives and how our program compares with our peer companies.

Corporate responsibility impact

A Corporate Responsibility Impact has been developed to inform our business planning process. This will help to ensure that key sustainability issues are considered in our decision-making process.
