Procurement at Australia Post
As a large organisation, Australia Post purchase a range of goods and services from third party suppliers. Australia Post use various sourcing events to source general goods and services, such as:
- office goods
- retail products
- services (eg. professional, print, travel, human resources, cleaning)
- IT infrastructure and services
Australia Post uses various sourcing events including a Request for Information, Request for Proposal, Request for Tender, Request for Expression of Interest and Price Reviews. Suppliers must be invited by Australia Post to be eligible to participate in a sourcing event issued by, or on behalf of, Australia Post.
Once invited by Australia Post to participate in a sourcing event, suppliers must complete the mandatory requirements checklist and register online.
To participate in an Australia Post sourcing event, please follow these steps.
For opportunities managed outside this process (eg. mail contracts or retail vendors), please visit tendering and supply opportunities.
How to register
- Complete our mandatory requirements checklist
- Complete your registration using our e-Sourcing tool (this link will become available once the above step is complete)
- Once your registration is approved, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tender to which you are assigned, your login ID, password and a link to login
- Login to the e-Sourcing tool using the ID and password provided
- Submit your tender or event response
