Fair work agreement

Australia Post, the CEPU and CPSU have reached agreement on the contents of a replacement enterprise agreement, to be known as the Australia Post Fair Work Agreement (APFWA).

A copy of the APFWA and related reference materials can be downloaded below.

Staff will be asked to vote on whether they approve the new FWA in a ballot that will be run by the Australian Electoral Commission.

When approved by Fair Work Australia, the new Australia Post Fair Work Agreement will replace the existing EBA6 terms and conditions.

These documents are not incorporated into the Agreement, and they are subject to variation from time to time without notice.
