Equal employment opportunity reports
This year Australia Post has introduced a new format for its Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Report. Our 2010-11 EEO Report provides an overview of our diversity profile and our key diversity initiatives, and measures how we are performing against our four indicators of diversity: gender, Indigenous Australians, people from non-english-speaking background, and people with a disability.
