Bob Black is the Executive General Manager responsible for the Parcel & eCommerce Services division of the Australia Post Group, which operates under the customer-facing brand, StarTrack.

Bob joined Australia Post in November 2014, from global express delivery company, TNT. With more than 30 years' experience in the Logistics and Distribution industry, Mr Black has a deep knowledge of the local and international transport and logistics sector, and a proven track record in delivering strategic infrastructure projects. Throughout his career, Bob has held positions across all aspects of the International and Domestic businesses including, Operations, Sales, Business Development & Strategy and General Management.

In his role as Executive General Manager, Parcel Services, Bob is responsible for providing a world-class service to our customers with an unrivalled suite of ecommerce-driven logistics, supply chain and parcel delivery solutions for consumers, local and international businesses, and online marketplaces.

Bob's significant international and local supply chain and logistics expertise will help shape the future of this dynamic business, leveraging the significant infrastructure and technology investments the Australia Post Group has made over the past two years.
